Edna Presbyterian Church

The Edna Presbyterian Church, 502 Apollo Drive, is hosting a Christmas Program “Jesus, The Light of the World” by Ruby McGuill on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 6:30 PM. Ruby was raised in Edna has been in music ministry for 46 years. Refreshments will be served after the program and the public is invited. A love offering will be accepted.

We started a new Sunday School video program called The Bible Stories Collection that will last up to 36 months. We meet every Sunday at 10:00 AM and would like to have you join us.

We have three more tapes to view before we finish this package.

Shirley Hubenak - A memorial service was held for Shirley Hubenak, July 30, 2022 at the Edna Presbyterian Church in Edna, Texas. Shirley was our organist and choir director for many years.

Robert Wyatt entertained us with special music How Great Thou Art on (October 11, 2020) and this morning (October 18, 2020) he played Because He Lives. Robert has played for us most of the year due to his Victoria church being closed due to the COVID19 Virus. Robert will return to his church on Sunday and we are going to certainly miss him. Thanks Robert for sharing your talents with us this year.

Rachael Gotcher was recently named our new church secretary/treasurer. We were very glad she accepted the job.

A memorial service was held for Bob Gotcher Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 10:30 AM at the Edna Presbyterian Church - 502 Apollo Drive.
